What data we process
Only what you enter yourself in the contact form: name, company, email address, optionally phone number and your message. The website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking; we count page views and clicks anonymously without storing personal data.
What we use it for
Solely to respond to your request (demo, quote or question). We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and never sell it on.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request, and then for a maximum of 12 months for follow-up. If you become a customer, the terms of the data processing agreement apply.
Who has access
Only the NoDoubt team. To deliver email we use an email processor within EU rules (data processing agreement in place).
Your rights
You can request, correct or delete your data. Email hallo@nodoubt.works; we respond within 5 working days. You can lodge complaints with your national data protection authority.
