Terms of use
These terms apply to NoDoubt and its directly paid subscriptions. Last updated: August 2026.
Account and organization
When you sign up you create an organization. You are the admin and responsible for users in that organization. Login uses organization code + username + password.
Subscription required before access
NoDoubt has no trial. During onboarding you choose Start or Team and pay through Stripe. The product app opens only after Stripe confirms the subscription as active. Incomplete, failed, overdue or ended payments provide no access.
Billing
Start and Team are billed in advance monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically. Website prices exclude VAT. Annual billing provides the stated saving. Manage payment method, invoices and cancellation in Stripe; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Warehouse+ is quote and contract based.
Data retention (GDPR)
An organization that does not complete onboarding and payment may be removed after 30 days, including provisional spaces and documents. Signup intents are kept for no more than 48 hours. Active customer data and statutory invoice records follow contractual or legal retention periods. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
No spam, abuse or illegal content. We may suspend accounts for abuse. Stripe statuses past_due, unpaid, incomplete or canceled block product access until payment or subscription is restored.
Liability
NoDoubt is provided as available. We aim for uptime and backups but are not liable for consequential damage from misuse or incorrect floor instructions. Customers may have additional contract terms.
