Terms of use
These terms apply to using NoDoubt (self-serve trial and paid plans). Last updated: July 2026.
Account and organization
When you sign up you create an organization. You are the admin and responsible for users in that organization. Login uses organization code + username + password.
Trial period
The trial lasts 30 days from organization creation, with Team-like features and up to 100 seats. No credit card at start. After expiry, reads keep working; mutations are locked until you activate a subscription via Billing.
Billing
Start and Team can be activated self-serve via Stripe. Warehouse+ is quote-only. Website prices are excl. VAT. You can cancel via the Stripe portal; document export remains available.
Data retention (GDPR)
Trial organizations without a paid plan: after trial_ends_at + 90 days we may delete the organization and related data. Welcome and verification emails are kept briefly; signup intents max 48 hours. See also the privacy policy for website leads.
Acceptable use
No spam, abuse or illegal content. We may suspend accounts for abuse or unpaid invoices.
Liability
NoDoubt is provided as available. We aim for uptime and backups but are not liable for consequential damage from misuse or incorrect floor instructions. Customers may have additional contract terms.
